In February, we published a blog post requesting our current customers and potential customers to ask us any questions you may have about our business. This month, we answer some of the most frequently asked questions we received.

Over the last few weeks, we've received several more questions related to our apps, devices, and online therapy platforms. Below are our answers to a few of the questions received. Don't see your question below? Don't worry, we'll be posting additional questions and answers in future blog posts, and you can submit your own question on the form at the bottom of this post.

Q2. My wife found an icon that she would like to add to her home page, but we’re not sure how to do it. Is this something that’s possible to do? (Marc, St. Louis, MO)

A. Hi Marc, that is a great question! It's very easy to move icons from one page to another. The steps below demonstrate how to do that:

1. Click the orange menu button in the top right corner of the button bar.

Email 1

2. In the drop-down menu, select "Show workspace." You should then see a yellow bar appear at the bottom of the screen.

Workspace 1

Workspace 2

3. Press and hold the icon you would like to move to another page. You should hold the icon until it starts to shake on the screen. Once you see that happen, gently drag the icon into the yellow workspace bar.

Workspace 3

4. Go to the new page where you would like to move the icon.

Workspace 4

5. Once you are on the new page, press and hold the icon in the workspace bar until it begins to shake. Once it begins shaking, gently drag it onto the new page.

Workspace 6

You will then see your icon on the new page. To hide the workspace from the screen, click on the orange menu button and select "hide workspace."

Workspace 5

Q3. I accidentally deleted an icon on my device. Is there any way to get it back? (Lisa, Waco, TX)

A. Have no fear, Lisa. A deleted icon isn't gone forever. When an icon is deleted, it's just removed from the page it was on; it doesn't get removed from the entire device. To add the icon back to its former page, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the page where you would like to the icon to reappear.

Delete 1

2. Once you are on the correct page, click the red "search" icon inside the button bar at the top of the device.

Delete 2

3. You can then search for the icon name in the search bar.

 Delete 3

4. Once you see the image of the icon, click the blue "plus sign" button next to the image of the icon.

 Delete 4

5. Click the red "X" button in the top right corner to return to the original page you were on.

 Delete 6

When you return back to the original page, you should see the deleted icon.

Delete 5-1
